BRIAN Dowling has jetted off on a child-free holiday to New York with his sister.
The Six O’Clock Show host and his sister Aoife, who acted as surrogate for Brian’s two daughters, looked very excited this morning as they headed off on their trip.
Brian reported live from Dublin Airport and going through immigration was a “little busier than he remembered”.
The dad-of-two was waiting for his flight to the states while sipping on a mimosa in the airport lounge.
The Kildare native was all ready for his trip as he got his nails, hair and spray tan done and said he brought his holiday wardrobe and attitude.
Brian and Aoife made sure to take some smiling selfies while they waited to board their flight.
The Virgin Media star looked dapper wearing a khaki green t-shirt and jacket.
While Aoife stunned in a leopard print jumpsuit.
Brian posted the photos on Instagram and said: “Holiday mode ACTIVATED!”
The 46-year-old also shared a witty quip to any trolls who may have something to say about him going away without his kids.
He wrote: “And just before we depart from Dublin Airport, for those that may be worried or have any concerns regarding my daughters’ whereabouts or safety, please direct all inquiries towards my Executive Assistant @gourounlian.”
And it looked like the pair are jetting off to the Big Apple as Brian’s hubby Arthur Gourounlian shared a picture in the comment section that said: “God I miss New York.”
Brian’s friends and fans flooded the comment section with love and well wishes.
Virgin Media star Darren Kennedy wrote: “Have a fab trip!” alongside an apple emoji.

Brian and Arthur had also jetted off to Ibiza on a child-free holiday last month.
The happy pair soaked up the sun on the renowned party island for their pal Pippa O’Connor‘s 40th birthday.
Brian and Arthur both received immediate backlash online for choosing to leave their two-year-old daughter and 6-week-old newborn at home.
